Shipping times vary by seller and shipping method. Sellers must ship within 14 days of confirming your order. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on the shipping option selected.
Go to Dashboard → Manage Orders, select your order, and you will see real-time tracking information once the seller has shipped your item.
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Go to your order details and click "Request Return" to start the process.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the seller receives and inspects your returned item. The refund goes back to your original payment method.
You can message any seller directly through the Chat feature. Go to a product page and click "Message Seller", or visit the Chat section from the navigation menu.
To create an account, click "Create an Account" on the login page. Enter your email, personal details, and set a password. You will receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account.
Go to Dashboard → Payment Settings. Connect your Stripe account to receive payouts. You will need to provide your bank account details and verify your identity through Stripe.
ABIUS charges a platform fee on completed transactions: $1.00 flat for orders under $10, 8% for orders between $10–$2,000, and a $200 flat fee for orders over $2,000. Fees are deducted from seller payouts.
You can cancel your order before the seller confirms it. Once confirmed, cancellation requires seller approval. If the seller does not confirm within 48 hours, the order is automatically cancelled with a full refund.
Any registered user can list products. Simply go to Dashboard → Manage Listings → Add Item to create your first listing. To receive payouts, you must set up your Stripe Connect account in Payment Settings.
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe with industry-leading PCI-DSS Level 1 security. Your card details are never stored on ABIUS servers.
If you cannot resolve an issue with the seller through chat, you can open a dispute from your order details page. Provide a description and any supporting photos. Our admin team will review and resolve the dispute within 7 business days.
Go to Dashboard → Manage Listings → Add Item. Fill in the product details including title, description, category, brand, price, condition, and upload photos. Your listing will be reviewed and approved by our admin team before going live.
